For the second year in a row, the awesome team at the HubSpot Podcast Network is helping to bring you the Podcast Movement Podcast Pavilion…in other words, RECORD YOUR PODCAST LIVE FROM PM22!
Here’s what you need to know:

SCHEDULE

Live podcasting will take place:

• Wednesday, August 24 from 9:30am – 4:30pm
• Thursday, August 25 from 9:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday, August 26 from 9:30am – 2:30pm

Each recording block will be 60 minutes in length.

SETUP

We will have two full-fledged recording stations, each complete with either four SHURE SM7B microphones or four SHURE MV7 microphones, stands, headphones, and the mixer/recorder to mix and record your show.

The team from Podcast Editor Academy will be there making sure everything is working, and to help you sound your best!

WHAT TO BRING

Each podcaster MUST bring a blank, standard size SD card to store your recorded episode. Anything over 1GB will work!

BEST PRACTICES

• ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY.
• Notify your guest(s) to arrive early.
• Have your SD card ready.

Once again, we’ll have pro audio engineers at the helm, making sure you are ready to rock, with additional assistance from the awesome team at Shure and HubSpot. You will get a visual cue that 2 minutes of recording is left, so you can wrap it up like a professional broadcaster (i.e. on time)!
